By accessing and using Blu Marketing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by Blu Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in the service agreement. Our methodologies, processes, and proprietary tools remain Blu Marketing's intellectual property.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and expect the same regarding our proprietary methods and strategies. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.
Blu Marketing's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our recommendations are based on available information and market conditions at the time of service delivery.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
